60-Second Tip: How to Update ScreenSteps From End-User Feedback [VIDEO]

Do you have a plan for your end-users to let you know when something is missing or if something needs to be changed in ScreenSteps?

When something is outdated or incorrect in your guides, the first people who are going to notice are your end-users. They are your employees that are using the guides daily to complete their tasks.

That's why ScreenSteps has a feature that allows end-users to provide feedback on your ScreenSteps articles.

Why would an end-user send feedback? Maybe there is an outdated screenshot, a change to the procedure, or the process could use another step to clarify how to complete a step.

Using the comments feature, your employees can let you know what needs to be updated directly in your guide.

In this 1-minute video, I'll show you how you can keep your procedures and policies up to date using the comments feature.
